Personally I chose the college just because it was Government institute as i knew earlier that government colleges comes wuth minimum 75 % attendance so i made sure at the time of registration that i would study and not bunk the classes. Comparing to other private colleges in surat i would rate it the best considering the quality of education they provide and the fees they take from the students. For an example taking ck pithawala college, they provide the worst quality of education, comparing to sarvajanik university scet college they take a hefty 1.5 lacs per year so it was the best price to quality ratio in surat. I know that colleges like VGEC Chandkheda, AIT Ahmedabad, MSU Baroda, LD ahmedabad were better than this but my rank was low in ACPC and so i thought i will take this college in my hometown. The registration process for the college is also too simple it requires just registration in ACPC and set all the colleges in a chronological order you like and then you get to select your college depending upon your rank....Read More

This is the only government engineering college in surat. Fee of college very less compare to many private colleges. Threw Acpc admission process you can get admission in it. For D2D you have to give the exam on the marit base you can get admission....Read More

I applied to several reputed colleges, including L.D government engineering college,vgec government engineering college and nirma engineering college which were known as high placement offers and good academic programs.I received conform admission in Dr S & S.S GANDHY Government engineering College.i did rejection from upper three colleges the main reason that my score in gujrat board fell slightly below their cut off.
