JUET at a glance

The admission is done based on both JEE mains and 12th basis. The cutoff for 12th is aroud 75% above in PCM subject, and for JEE mains is around 80%ile. The placements are really good and being better year by year. Reservation is not a big issue here, candidates with defence background may get some negotiation in fee structure.

Being the field of interest, I opt for B. Tech with CSE branch. Faculty student ration is nearly around 10:1 Teching method is really Good and have full Air Conditioned Lecture Threaters and Labs. Al lfaculty members havinf a PHD degree in their respective subjects. Nearly After 1.5 months and difficulty level is Easy-Moderate

Internships are available from the college itself and i you dnt want from the college youe can do it from outside also from websites like INTERNSHALA or any other as per you, Intershipsa are manditory for students because of the placement point of view..

Placements are good with 100% placement from past many years . The average package is nearly 8.5 lpa. many companyies liko get Amazon, Accenture, TCS,wipro, Infosys, directi, multiple MNC's and product based companies come for requirment process. highest packag is 41 lpa and avrage is 8.5 lpa. 100 % placements

The fee is around 300000 Rs (including both hostel and acadmics) . Financial assistance is given to candidate with family background in defence. Job I got from here is Internship in a reputed company

D' Equinox is the cultural fest organized here.. Techion is the Tech Fest organised here at JUET... In month of April-May these fest are conducted.. A plenty of books are available in the library and open from 9AM to 11PM. JYC: JUET YOUTH CLUB is the culd which has 4 wings i.e LITERARY,ART ANS EVENTS, CILTURAL, MEDIA. An NGO is also here names as SHIKSHA SETU: helps needy childern with their study part and some food donation

hostel facilities are good enough, A room with 3 beds or for 3 students are available, although you can also take whole room for yourself but incerse in hostle fees. Meal quality is decent. Delivers food thrice a day
