Remarks

The admission process is only through the state engineering entrance examination called TSEAMCET. However foreign students can get admission without any examination. The cutoff for this college is around 15k for the general category.

Course Curriculum Overview

The main reason why I chose this course is due to my vast exploration of the industry. All our faculty members are very much experienced and knowledgeable. All the faculty members are PhD graduates. term exams are conducted with one month gap and it is not so difficult to pass

Internships Opportunities

The companies like automakers etc have offered internships with stipends. Mostly the projects are very much exciting and thoughtful which teach us about marketing and business management. core projects mostly focus on industry and its requirements.

Placement Experience

From the seventh semester students are eligible for placements. There is a good amount of percentage around 75% students got placements in a reputed company. the highest salary is around 9 to 10 lakhs per annum. my plans are to go for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees will be the same for the entire course. There is no hike. Scholarships are definitely provided by state and central governments which are supported by our college. for example merit scholarship by the central government and e-pass by the Telangana state government.

Campus Life

Our annual fest is Technosmania conducted almost every year this year may 9,10 are dates for it. Osmania University is one of the largest campuses in the world. We have sports days conducted every year and we can play any sports almost every day. There are many clubs run by students like e-cell etc. There are many clubs where our professors and faculty are mentors like women empowerment cell etc.

Placement Experience:

From 3.1 the students of the campus are eligible for placements and faculty also helps us in guiding regarding the placemnsts and stuff . There are various number of companies like tcs , Accenture , google ,Microsoft ,next wave and etc . The offered packages are full like our seniors are 100 percent placed from the campus . The highest package of last year senior is 14lpa.my plans after getting degree is to work in the company which I have been placed

My BTech experience at CMR Technical Campus 21-25 batch

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.

To get into UCT-OU the only way of entrance is TS-EMCET after completing intermediate we need to write the entrance and based on the score we have to choose this college, once we get the admission we have to complete the certificate verification and must report to the college. This college is quite good value for money and good Labs and faculty. And coming to negative points the only drawback is placements, no placement is offered from the college end. Very rare branches are offered in this college and tution fee is very low and hostel facility is simply amazing good quality food and at lower prices....Read More
