Remarks

I took admission in the CSE branch in CVR college by emcet entrance exam. I got 3583 rank the cutoff for cse branch is around 4000 the process for appling is to take part in the counselling after the entrance exam conducted by TSCHE .candidates who qualifi the TS EMCET are eligible for the counselling

I am curious about the computer functionality this made me to choose CSE course . in one class there are arround 65 members and for every 20 studentes their will be one mentor.they all are asst.professor

Our college provides the decent placements with avarage package of 4LPA and highest goes to 32LPA and to be frank we should not depend onthe campus for the job because this things are done after 3rd year and we have to try internship on our own

tuition fee is 115000 and my dad is govt employ so iam not eligible scholarship comming the campus jobs campus provide the decent placement avg packege is 4lpa and highest package goes till 32lpa 8 to 10 students get this package. but overall its good

Campus Life

The life at the campus is chill and cool it is all about how we are in the college.there will be one or two fest in a year. and there are many clubs in tech and non tech feild. and it is decent in terms of the infrastructure

Hostel Facilities

All hostel rooms all clean means and food was good and comming to room shareing its 3.and each will get one table and chair .but there is no facility of attached bathrooms. and per year thay charge 80000.which is high. because of some reason i stay in private hostel near to it there are many private hostels near to the college

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

The placements in our college are very good the highest package which we got in our college this year is around 18 lpa and the lowest package offered is around 3 to 3.5 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa a lot of companies come to our college to conduct the placement drive as we have campus recruitment training from our first year it makes it a bit easier to face the interview some of the companies that visit our college are mandatory cognizant TCS Accenture Infosys Wipro HCL ADP the placement drive starts when you are in your 4th year 1st semester or at the end of your third year second semester
