MBA from BPUT

I decided to study here because it is a prestigious college in Orissa and I belong to this place. It has experienced faculty members and great education. The process of admission over here is easy to understand, an exam called OJEE is required to get in here. I always wanted to work at MNC and for that I decided to do my studies in business. I worked hard to get admission here and started preparing at an early stage. I also did some internships in order to gain some practical knowledge.

An entrance exam called Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) was a mandatory requirement at this college. I cleared the entrance with a good score of 96% and got admission here. I was also provided a scholarship on my merit. My graduation score was 85% and I also had some work experience. My documents were verified before seeking admission.

My program included subjects like Marketing, Systems Management, Operations Management, Finance, and other important topics. My teachers used innovative methods in order to make us understand difficult topics. We were a batch of 65 and our teachers paid good amount of attention to us. We were also given projects and assignments.

My college has a good record of placement, and many renowned global companies such as, Walmart, IBM, Amazon, Google etc. visited my campus during the placement drive. The highest package offered was around ₹14,00,000 while the average package was ₹8,00,000. I got placed at Google with a package of ₹11,00,000.

My program’s annual fee was ₹1,70,000. I also received a scholarship worth ₹50,000 on my merit. I paid my fee online mode through my college’s official website. My books were around ₹5,000 for a year. I was automatically considered for scholarship due to my merit and then filled a form asking for my bank details.

I used to spend most of my time in classes and the library. My college’s infrastructure was quite good. The labs were well-equipped and the library had good number of books. A fest called Utkarsh was held every year at my college. Many competitions like debates, speeches, etc. were also conducted.
