Remarks
The admission process was done online. The application form was available on medicaps website and we can get it by paying Rs. 1500 and the further process was done through Whatsapp. The eligibility criteria are at least 60% on the 12th board.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I like this branch as it has a very good scope in future and is like an all-rounder branch. Faculties are highly qualified and the teaching method is quite understandable. Exams are scheduled every 1-1.5 months and it was moderate to pass the exams.
Internships Opportunities
Some of the companies visited are TCS, Infosys, Consultant, HCL, etc. Roles are like a trainee and as an intern. The major projects are made in the 3rd year which gives us more opportunities to intern in IITs and Cisco.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements during their 6th semester. Companies visited are TCS, Infosys, HCL, etc. The highest package offered is around 14 lakhs and the minimum package offered is around 4 lakhs. The pecentage of placement is around 85%.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total fees are 100000 which is divided into 60-40% for both the semesters for all the branches except the computer science and IT branch which is having a fee of 120000. Concession is provided sometimes if there is an excellent student who can't afford the college fees and if he/she demands he/she can get it.
Campus Life
The annual fest held every year in the month of march is Moonstone. The central library is quite large having more than 100000 books which provide us the opportunity to go through various courses. There are various clubs for different activities like sports club, cultural club, advanced studies club, etc. The classrooms are equipped with high definition projectors.
