Remarks

The eligibility for the computer science course is one must be a PCM student and have good grades in 10 and 12 including JEE MAINS. The criteria for each year may vary slightly so it's better to contact the admission department or better to visit once and take details. The application form, fees, and dates can be confirmed by the admission cell. Different scholarships are provided based on grades or any other government schemes including Medhavi. The admission process is so smooth, you won't face any trouble in that. People are so helpful and kind.

Course Curriculum Overview

Medicaps Univerisity is famous for its computer science branch due to overwhelming placements and internships. The faculties are so supportive and helpful in every case whether it's dealing with core subjects or your coding skills or development and project. Generally, there is a batch of approx 60 students in each class. Faculties are generally Ph.D. holders or ex-employees of corporate. They are so experienced and so their teaching is so precise, accurate, and perfect. There are 2 mid semesters and 1 end sem in each semester. The odd semester lasts from mid August to December while even semester lasts from mid January to May. The level of exams is moderate.

Placement Experience

Placements start from 7th sem. Companies like Cisco, Wipro, IBM, Zensar, Amdocs, TCS, Yash, Hotwax, and many more visit the campus every year. 5 students were offered a package of 18 lpa by Cisco, 1 student at the package of 24 lpa at Goldman Sachs was the highest for this year. From CS brach, there are almost 100% placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for my batch is 115000 pa. Scholarships they provide are medhavi, minority, and various others. I got my first on-campus internship at SofTech Technologies, Indore. The experience was too good.

Campus Life

The annual fest 'Moonstone' has various events in it like flashmobs, melange, the fashion show, symphony, the singing and music show, stunt shows, and other events like mirchifun. Bookfair by The Sahityik club, ESummit by ECell, and sports events by the sports club. Rand De Zindagi is a social group run by our college students for the education of underprivileged children completely free of cost.

I like the faculty of Gyan ganga college of Technology. They are very good.
I like the campus of college and it is very clean comparing to other institutes.
I like the placement given by our college and also rate of placement.

Dislikes

There is nothing about my college which I disliked
i like everything about my college and it is very good

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester studentd are eligible for placement in companies like google microsoft cisco etc. the highest package is 51 lpa and average package is 3.5 lpa. percentage of students getting placed 70%. i plan to get a high package after comnpleting my degree

A Balanced and Value?for?Money Engineering Experience at GGCT

Likes

Faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful in academics , exam, and projects. Teaching focuses on fundamentals and practical understanding
The campus has good classrooms , labs , library, and sports facilities .The environments is friendly and suitable for learning.
The placement cell is active and provides training for aptitudes, and interviews. The curriculum is relevant and helps builds a strong technical base.

Dislikes

Industry exposure and live projects opportunities can be improved .
More companies can be invited for placements
i don't thing there's anything i don't like now

1. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. 2. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and other IT/ services firms visit the campus regularly and make multiple offers. 3. The average package ranges between ?4-?5 LPA, while the highest package goes up to ?12 to18 LPA for top performers.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is good but need aware about to clean washrooms of college and need maintaince in lab.This is irrectculas.

In my opinion I chose this course because my some family members are also do this course and his placement is good in this sector how much he thinks he gets . Therefore I do this course and his placement in our city this is also quite enough to chose this course and mainly I didn't score good marks in jee to get other branches this is also one of region.

Likes

The clubs in the college are good. There are specific club for coding , for robotics, for music and dance.
The placement in the college is also good . If you give some efforts then you will get a good placement.
The curriculum and syllabus of the college is up-to-date and industry oriented.

Dislikes

The college did not have its own campus, so currently it regulates from inside MANIT.
The girls to boys ratio is very poor. In my batch there are only 18 girls among 650 students.
The fees of the college is also very high

Placement Experience:

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

I really like cleanliness in washroom and also in the college. I really like trees in college.
Faculty was really good and my subject teacher was teaching in a right way.
In this college the boys and girls in the ratio of 3:1.

Dislikes

Uniform is not allow in this college. I have no many clothes to wear day by day.
I don't like college timing. In winter season timing was not good.
Our campus is very small. And college fest is very less in this college.

Placement Experience:

In 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies visited in this college like Wipro, Cisco, infosys, etc. Highest package in this college is 20 lakhs. Average package is 5 lakhs My plans after getting the degree is getting good job.

No strict policy for maintaining 75% attendance criteria but you should maintain at least of 60%
No dress code you can wear casual dresses to in the class but you will have to wear formals only in

Dislikes

The class length is very high and there are 80 students In a class in the class size is small and congested
The infrastructure is very bad as it won't providing basic necessity

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college are decent as the average package is of 6.5 LP which is good as compared to the fees you are paying almost 90% of a students gets placedd from here the companies including TCS and Wipro come here

Washroom and not in well conditions and watercolor is also not working
College timeing because the time is not fixed

The college student are eligible for placements when they are in 8 the sem because my mtech course is 5 years and when student clear the 7 the sem they are eligible for set in placements and The college placements are good and the highest package is 1corore12 lakh and the average packages is 6 to 7 lakh

Placement Experience:

Placements in college are quite good if we compare them with other similar state government engineering colleges. It has a separate TPO (training and placement office) cell which helps students in their placements. Some quite good companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus for placements. Around 40% of students get placed every year. The highest being 11 LPA. Core competencies the lowest 3.5 LPA salary offered in IT sector companies. Reliance, LNT, Infosys were the top recruiters. Every year students go for internships in BHEL NTPC etc. Companies ( around 30%) Other 70% students go for local transmission plant as the internship is compulsory for everyone. Students organize cultural activities.

Honest review on Academics and Campus Life in Medicaps University

I was also selected in vit bhopal but due to some personal reasons I was not able to take it . But I think medicaps is a better option than vit vellore as the location is well connected to the main city and proximity to majority of facilities which is not available in vit. Also as a day scholar it was easy to reach here because of good bus facility by university. Admission process is very simple in MU, you can apply directly by visiting the campus admission cell and completing some formalities. The selection criteria is simple and can get computer science easily if you have 75% or above in boards. There is no as such strict counselling process to get admission . You can also appear in MUSAT exam to get admission but I didn't appear in it....Read More
