Remarks

There is no entrance exam in ld. The admission process is based on your marks in 12th and GUJCET. In our college, no fees for girls and boys who have to pay 1500 rs. LD also provides hostel facilities to all the students including boys and girls both. There is a canteen on campus. Beautiful campus with many lawns and a huge cricket ground.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose textile technology because it is a vast branch there are too many things to learn in textile and other than the core subject is interesting. Here we have very knowledgeable faculties who teach us everything properly with practicals. In LD every department has its own labs where all the students have to perform practicals, term exams are conducted every semester and it's easy to pass the exam if you have learnt properly.

In 7-8th semester, The students are eligible for campus placement, almost 90% of students get placed in different companies with packages from 300000 to 900000 which is very huge. The students with no backlogs and spi up to 6 got placed in campus placement. I got placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a negligible cost for study since it is a government college every student has to pay only exam fees. Scholarships like digital Gujarat and Mysy are available in which students can apply and get scholarships.

Campus Life

There are a lot of clubs in LD like Rotaract club, robocone club, Vox populi club NSS etc. Also, there is a badminton court, tennis court, football ground, cricket ground, khokho ground. Every the clubs organise a fest in which students can take part in different activities games. We also celebrate every festival on the college campus like Holi, Navratri etc.

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

From the 6th semester,the students are eligible for the placement cells.As we all know that first step for the placement is The Aptitude test and later on the interview and technical skills. Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

Placement Experience:

Our college is hub for placement and almost 450++ small and big companies come here to hire student. Student will be eligible for placement in thier last year of degree. Few name to mention which company comes TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Assar, etc many more. For our branch 90% student got placement and overall of college 60% got placed. My plan after degree is placement.
