Remarks

Admission is through VITEEE. The eligibility criteria of my course were through 12th Board results. The application form can be found on the official website of VIT. Application charges are 1250. Application dates are from March to June.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is not registered with UGC. Companies do not prefer to take Integrated courses yet. Faculties over here are not at all supportive. Quality education is not provided. I have an 8.7 CGPA, which is totally maintained by me.

For Integrated M.Tech. with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, this is going to be our first batch which will be placed. So, we are yet to discover what will be the placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per year fee is collected. The fee for this course is 96k per year. No financial assistance is provided and no scholarships are given. Only students belonging to the MP board can expect a scholarship, which is not for all students.

Campus Life

The annual fest conducted over here is 'adVITya'. All kinds of books are available over here. The infrastructure is good. The provision of extra-curricular is very less. Clubs do not work effectively because of a lack of amenities.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are fine. Hostel food is very bad. Locals PGs are available. I have never rented a room in PG because of security issues. Hostel fees range from 1,20,000 to 1,80,000 which is quite much.

After the 7th sem, internship opportunities arrive in Vit Bhopal, and there are many of them, almost 1 or 2 a week, if not greater than that And in the 4th year, the students are eligible for placements The highest package was RS 58 LPA The average is 8 to 9 LPA and the lowest is 3 to 4.5 LPA

Placement Experience:

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

My overall experience in my college.

Placement Experience:

From 7-8 semester the students are eligible for campus placement.Companies are L&T edutech,tech Mahindra,TCS, infosys and etc..The highest package offered is 18 lakh and average is 4lakh per annum.about 70-80% of students are getting placed.My plane to get the highest package of the decade.

I got accepted to Manipal Jaipur, but I rejected it because of high fees, which were around 2lakhs for tuition, but 2.5 lakhs for hostel Applied to Thapar as well, but didn't like it much Vit Bhopal was fairly near to my hometown as well (600 km) The admission process of this college is fairly normal. u have to give the VITEEE exam, and based on ur rank, u get phases of counseling and based on that, u get to choose ur campus and course in any 4of the four campuses of VIT...Read More
