Honest review from a first year student.

So my rank in comedk was 14338. For my college, Dayananda Sagar Academy of technology and management the cut-off for cse was close to 19000. I opted for cse. There was no separate application form for this college as it take the students by entrance exam held by comedk and kcet. I didn't have any reservation for this because am from some other states and this college gives reservations to only their state students. The admission process doesn't require any changes as of my experience.

I choose CSE(Computer science engineering) as there are more job opportunities in IT Sector. Girls are to boys ratio was 3:4. the facilities are highly qualified and help full for the student's assignment are given to the students in every 20-25 days and internals are also held every 30 days. I haven't completed my first semester so don't have any idea about my external exams.

Form 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS, Phonepe, Paytm, Biju's, Amazon and many startup companies visit and recruit plenty no. For students for our college. 80% of the students get placed. For cse branch, about 95% of students get placed. The highest package offered in 2021 was 27 lakhs.

For comedk students, the fee is 2.2lakh per year for b.tech. And for kcet students, the fee is 90 thousand. Scholarships are available for only kcet students and girls whose family annual income is less the 3-4 lakhs.

Third-year students are the head of the clubs till as of now we don't have any information about the clubs. Some of the clubs are BRAMMI-21, VGround Zero and many more. They provide us with many opportunities to enhance our skills and all-around development.

The registration process is not too complex all you have to do is to deposit the hostel fees and submit the fee receipt to the warden, he will provide you with the application form just fill it and you are done. There are 3 hostels on our campus 1 for girls and 2 for boys. one of the hostels do not have wifi availability. The hostel is 24*7 under cc tv camera. Security is good. As the college is situated on the outskirt of Bangalore there are fewer facilities nearby. the hostel fees are too high nearly about 1.4lakh. The mess food quality is good and the taste is average on my behalf. They also provide us with Verity of food to eat.
