I chose this course because my little bit of interest in any field is only in electrical. That's why I chose the EE diploma from gla University. All the faculty members are very friendly and helpful. And also well educated with realistic examples.

Gla provides you a form that is required in industries for internship 4 to 6 weeks internship is required for diploma student at the end of 2nd year for placement in 3rd year. Gla organizes a project programme if your project is suitable for publish you reward by 2.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience

In diploma 5th semester students is eligible for placements. There are many companies are visited for placements like bkt, voltas, MRF tyres, bluestar, jbm. The highest package for the diploma is 25000 per month from voltas. 80 to 85 % of students placed. My plan is for max. 5 years job for experience thereafter own business as an electrical contractor.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is if you want to pay in EMI this facility is available in gla University but you pay 3000 extra for this. Scholarship is available from samaj kalyan vibhag. If you study here and improve your skills your 99%chances of placement are in your hands.

Campus Life

Yes, there are many clubs and programmes organized by students. Some are these, ninad club, Drishti photography club, and much more groups that organized traveling, camping, skill improvement programme, etc.

Our study is important but the most important thing is the placement, which makes your career better. Our college has campus placement and many companies visit and hire our students. In many branches, not all the students get the placement but the students who are toppers and who are good in their study get the placement. I also dream to get a placement so that I can get a job quickly after my diploma. For that, I am really working hard and improving my skills, knowledge, and my scores. Tata Motors, Layam Group, Myntra, Bajaj, and other companies come to our college for the placement. In the final year of our course, this opportunity comes to us and we are very much awaited for that.

Best engineering college for BTech and polytechnic. Architecture department are also in our college. Labs, laboratories, libraries. Buses with camera. Girl hostels.

Placement Experience:

In the last semester, our senior get a job in many respected companies. About 70 to 80% of students placed in every year. About 40 students placed in Mechanical in core companies in this. Covid time by virtual placement drive. And minimum package for diploma student is 2.5 LPA to 5lpa.

BEST GOVT. POLYTECHNIC IN UP

Remarks:

Positives Beautiful Campus : This might seem irrelevant to some, but the natural beauty is what comes to your rescue when you feel you have hit rock-bottom. Single Rooms : People have different opinions about this, but I have come to respect this particular facility at our campus. Location of campus (away from city) : This is a very subjective issue, but I think that the location of campus (distance from city) leaves us lesser distractions. Negatives :- Weak Alumni Base : Although it is definitely possible to achieve any goal in life without assistance from alumni, but their experience can definitely make the journey simpler for many. However, lately, many alumni of IIT Guwahati are connecting back with the student community and I am grateful to them for taking out their time for interacting with us. Single Rooms : Yes, I covered this in positives as well, but I think I must point out the cons of this facility. Students, especially in the first year, might feel lonely and find it hard to interact with others. A shared room provides you with one or more readily accessible friends whose privacy you can breach without asking, from day one. Mess : However the Mess System is undergoing a lot of changes, this is one aspect that has a lot of scope for improvement.
