Remarks

Anyone can get admission after completing their +2 with an aggregate of 50% marks from any board. The application form can be found on the official website of the college I.e., NCR. christuniversity. in. No reservation benefits. The exam should be held instead of just a personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I wanted to study English literature in detail and explore a career in this field only. The faculty consists of highly qualified professors who hold doctorate degrees in their respective subjects. Exams are always held on time. There are two exams per semester with 2 assignments per subject.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

A lot of companies provide internships, some of which even provide stipends. Market internships are always available at Christ. Research projects are always announced via email and workshops are held on a daily basis.

Placement Experience

2.5

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus selection for three-year courses. The Delhi NCR campus is a new campus so there is not a lot to talk about when it comes to placement but the rest of the campuses have always been doing well when it comes to placements. I am planning to study further for a master's and then Ph.D.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are appropriate for a private college with such a brand name. Rules are strict when it comes to dressing code and discipline. Students can apply for scholarships. There are a number of job opportunities with appropriate stipends.

Campus Life

3.5

Life at the campus is not easy. Christ focuses on holistic development so it encourages participation in maximum activities and wants its students to maintain a minimum of 85% attendence, less than which will make you unqualified for sitting in end semester exams.

Hostel Facilities

2

There is no privacy in the in-campus hostel. They don't even let you keep your lights on after 10pm. The food is not provided in the hostel, however, you can eat in the cafeteria. College also has tie up with a hostel providing company which is very low in quality and the food is no at all good in those off-campus hostels. PGs are economical and convenient.

Interview Experience

3

There was an interview where the interviewers asked for my general introduction and then little bit about the course I chose. They also asked me why i chose Christ. I just studied basics of my subject to prepare for the interview.

Other Applied Colleges

i have always shown interest in psychology and this was a force which pulled me here to study psychology. i would suggest some aspects of improvement like more real life study instead of just learning stuffs from the book. real life experinces and situations makes a student to connect and understand those topic more clearly. practical subject examination are of about 50 marks 2 papers and non practical subject of 70 marks 2 set of paoer each. i have also given an internal examination of around 25 marks for pract and 30 for non pract 1hr exam. sem exam of 2 hr each paper

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm from humanities background so the course is quite relevant for me. The course is quite outdated however it's the same for most of the universities. the curriculum should be aligned with the competitive exams and the teaching methods should be more inclusive about the competitive exams so that the student can prepare well not only for the present course but also further upcoming exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i was always inclined towards economics as a subject as well as real life application of it. The specific aspects of curriculum which influenced my decision of choosing this course were the integrated syllabus and practical knowledge being imparted in this. It helps me to analyse data and understand real world problem from a broader horizon which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Even though there isnt any improvement needed since the faculty itself is extremely focused as to impart the best of their knowledge to us and is very well trained and supportive. The frequency of the exams is twice a year(2 set of semester exams and 2 sets of sessional exams within each year) timing of the exam is 2.5 hour for semester exam of each subject and 1 hour for sessional which are of 70 marks and 30 marks respectively. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate, if a student attends regular classes they would easily qualify the exams with a good grade and CGPA.
