The college accepts a Cat percentile of above 90 percentile. Those students can receive a call from IMT for further process. The form can be found on the college website and other college applications platforms.
Course Curriculum Overview
A degree in MBA gets you places with many job opportunities and gets you higher salaries. This was a motivation behind choosing this course. The student-faculty ratio is 1:20. The teachers here are very interactive and knowledgeable. They are actual practicing professionals and hence provide insights on practical issues.
Internships Opportunities
The summer internship opportunities are also equally good in IMT as the final placements. The college achieves 100 percent summer placements almost every year in which the placement committee also has a huge contribution. The summer internships are mostly for business development roles among others like sales, operations, digital marketing, market research, etc.
Placement Experience
The placements in IMT Ghaziabad are very good with almost always 100 % placement with an average package of 16-18 lacs and the highest packages of around 30 lacs. The number of companies that recruit the students is so many that it is almost in the ratio of 1:3. The placement committee is committed to the development of the students as per the industry's requirements and also assists until everyone is placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees for the course that I am enrolled in were 19,50000 for 2 years. There are various financial aids available in terms of scholarships for eligible students and also loans are easily available, given the stellar reputation of the college.
Campus Life
The campus life here is excellent, the mess serves hygienic and good although not excellent food. The sanitation is very good, hostels are cleaned regularly. There are a number of choices of clubs that a student can join to enhance his/her skills. The club's here are extremely functional and active and give a wholesome experience.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms are well ventilated and are all air-conditioned. They are spacious enough and are to be shared by only two people. The hostel allocation is extremely smooth as the entire process is done during admissions and there are no additional steps to be done at the time of joining. The mess is clean and offers varied cuisines that are regularly monitored to avoid monotony.
Interview Experience
There was a round of personal interviews in the selection process. The interviewer asked some general knowledge questions about current affairs that are related to India's economy or business environment. Since I am a civil engineer, some basic civil engineering questions were also asked along with the general hr questions.
