Entrance Preview

Eamcet, I got 365007 Rank. I got the seat in Management Quota as this college is minority under Sikh divison.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have selected myself course as CSE as I am interested in this. Mostay it prefers to Computer related objects. Few is the subjects I like very much as they are software engineering, E-commerce and C++ Language.

Internships Opportunities

College internship is quite good experience as I learn about new technology things especially in networking but there is no stipend offer for that project. It is purely related to our final year college preparation project.

Placement Experience

Placements are very few opportunities at that point time because the recession period is going on as I was unable to fulfil the what college have shown the job opportunity.

College Events

Freshers party, Anniversary of college, senior freshers party to juniors and farewell party by end of the fourth year And few of the friends party as we celebrated.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no scholarship for me. I didn't utilise the loan but I had tried for scholarship in my fourth year based on my religion but it doesn't work out.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is quiet good as it is based on semesters. There are internal exams as it depend upon internal exam.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.
