Good college but dont expect much

Bad location as its very difficult to reach the college but good environment in college.

I gave MH-CET (not available now, you will have to give jee insted ) I got 107 marks out of 200 which isn't enough to get admission in mumbai especially in mechanical engineering so i don't have much option i got allocated in cap 2 i wasnt happy to get admission in this college but as its near to my home so i choose this college

First year was worst, weather you come to college or not it doesnt matter you have to do self study, you can go personally to teachers nd take help, they are very help you can get refrence book from library lots of books are available on any subject its one of the best part of college

No companies come here for internship some student who want to do internship approach government company for internship in railway workshop and some even go in private company if they have their parents in that company, for production branch company like godrej semens and few small companies. They pay 3k-6k per month for internship

This department is very bad,only goodrej come every and take 1-3 student they provide a package upto 3.5 lacks some small local companies also come and even bpo also come but student are not interested in such compnies so if you want job you have to give interview from outside the college to get the job and its very difficult as you dont get placement from college student even accept bpo job so that increase their placement percentage

Exams structure is good but not lab instrument isnt available and the one which is available is not in good condition and mostly instrument isnt in working condition but teachers use pp slide to help understand in experiment for few subject there is no instrument for practicals

Fee is aprox rs 90,000 and increase every year according to government policy. Too high as no ac no bus so its pretty high amount and year expensive to travel to college.

ebc is available whis giv scholarship of about 30000 for student whose family yearly income is below 1.5 lacks

Not too many girls in mechanical department but there are about 50 percentage in computer department few people discriminate from marathi and non marathi people but students are yery good they dont discriminate on any basic and no politics is involved

No hostel and mess facility from college the one outside from mumbai rent flat near college (rent is about 8k-10k ) there is one mess near college student mostly go for that mess @ rs60 per day.

No connection i dont know any of the alumni no alumi visit the college.

College celebrate yearly fest in feb different department hav different name like odyessa for mechanical radium for chemical engineering ets all of them are celebrated at the same tim and college is decorated Different days like tradational day chocolate day black and red day and different competition like singing dancing etc are there

Faculty is good after first year they are very helpfull and mostly young They teach everything in detail They even use power point presentation and some time they arrange workshop. Teachers are friendly and most teacher are alumni if you need help on any topic you can personally aproach them for help
