Remarks

I got admission to my college through eamcet. In round 1 I had applied for CVR csit, I got selected through my eamcet score. When I applied for college I kept a Cap certificate as my father is ex army. Computer science and information technology (CSIT) is my course.

Course Curriculum Overview

CSIT is the course I had taken. Basically, it is nice course as i am learning a lot through this course. Our faculty is nice and some are excillent. All faculty members has good experience in teaching. For every four months there will be semester exams. By hardworking and listening classes carefully we can clear all subjects with good grade.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 118000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internships in our college. Most of the people get internships with good stipends. Some students got more than 40000 stipends per month. Paytm, Capgemini is some companies offering internships with good stipends.

Placement Experience

After sem 6 students are eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Paytm, Mahindra are some most visited companies for job offers. 30 LPA is the highest package in this current semester. Over 80 percent of students got placed in this semester. After getting the degree I want to go abroad for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

118000 is the college fee per year. I didn't get any scholarships as my father is a government employee. The cost of the study is a bit high but we can learn a lot through this course. By learning some computer language skills we can get a very good job.

Campus Life

Cience is our annual fest and it is conducted in the month of February where a lot of students get a chance to explore their talent. A good library is maintained by our college management. Facilities in class will be maintained well. State level sports will be conducted in college and we can win exciting prizes. IoT club, rangmunch, hackathon are some clubs maintained by students.

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Students aspiring to pursue education abroad are also provided with guidance and support.

Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

The placements in our college are very good the highest package which we got in our college this year is around 18 lpa and the lowest package offered is around 3 to 3.5 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa a lot of companies come to our college to conduct the placement drive as we have campus recruitment training from our first year it makes it a bit easier to face the interview some of the companies that visit our college are mandatory cognizant TCS Accenture Infosys Wipro HCL ADP the placement drive starts when you are in your 4th year 1st semester or at the end of your third year second semester

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements . Were the first college is got is geetanjali college of engineering, but almost after such research I saw that it is not better than cvr college so for the second round i changes and make it to cvr .
