The admission process was very simple and divided into two parts, first one is university basis IKGPTU counseling, and the second one is college basis Direct counseling. There is a fee waiver scheme too. I would consider the admission process very good and do want a change in it.

I chose computer science engineering as seeing the availability of job opportunities in the future and moreover I also had an interest in the technology sector. There is a very helpful and supportive faculty of the college and they are highly qualified. The teaching method is also very good and informative. The end-term exams are neither easy nor difficult.

A lot of companies give internships to our college and students actively participate in internship programs. Students get to know a lot in the programs and make themselves better for getting higher LPA placements. By doing these internship student get an idea of jobs that they are going to do in the future.

From the 6th semester, students become available for college placements. The campus placements rate is 100% in the last 3 years in my department(CSE). The highest package recorded is 16 LPA this year and the average is 5LPA. Some companies that visit our college for placements are Wipro, Infosys, tcs, etc.

There are a lot of scholarships provided by the institutions that are connected to the college. There are other castes and income-based scholarships too which help a lot in making the course easily affordable to students. There are also scholarships for rural area students.

Cultural fests tech fests and annual fests are conducted once a year and they are very entertaining, and knowledgeable the library has a very large no. of books which we can issue for 14days. There are a lot of sports clubs and other clubs which conduct a lot of events every month. There are too many societies that conduct events and webinars.
