One can give any mba enterance exam to be eligible to take admission in IBS. They also have their own exam as well IBSAT. Application fees are 2500 before a pandemic one has to go to Hyderabad for the interview process, they should provide the option to give interviews from any campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I choose was pgpm in marketing and analytics, in the first year subjects are common for all specializations. The syllabus and courses here are up to date and they also ensure we get what the market demands. In terms of faculty and courses wise, I would rate this college 8 out of 10. The faculty is supportive and very welcoming.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like PNB, bajaj alliance , sharekhan comes for internship and they provide the stipend as well basis on the performance. My internship was ITC in the research area in the frozen food segment
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to sit for placements from 3 rd semester many companies came for placements to a few companies like KPMG, BLACKROCK, EY ,EVS, YES BANK etc. The highest package is made of 22 lakhs for international placements and avg package is of 7 to 8 lakhs for finance students 90 % of the students are already placed .
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees were 800000 for a 2-year course. and we have to pay before the start of every semester . in total 5 installments have to be made. if the student is getting a good cgpa he/she will receive a scholarship, the amount will depend on the cgpa . Apart from that student can earn while studying be ben a part of digital marketing campign etc .
Campus Life
Even during pandemic college ensures to provide extracurricular activities annual fest, celebrating every festival and there are events which take place once a week. books and journals are available to everyone, one can go to the library and get it issued or can access the online links with a college id. there are clubs and committees for students
Interview Experience
yes, there is a written test followed by gd and a personal interview. In a written test there are 3 sections verbal, quant, logical. GD topics are usually general awareness topics PI is there to check the confidence level and communication.
