CAT exam i took. I score 78.2% iam score but i am not intrst in examinations i like to select arts college.

A calm and serene yoga centre for personality development. A painting club 'thinkers association'forum for active campus endeavours (face) students council (manavar manram) & subject associations rotaract club and humour club.

Internships Opportunities

My college have a many companies came global organisations like ford, wipro, elly lily ranbaxy infosys, cts and the like. 89 companies visited the college for campus interview purposes.

Placement Experience

The placement cell caters to the employment needs of the students and to the well-being of the society through proper guidance, counselling and periodic campus interviews. Total placements made during 2000-2003 by the placement cell are 828 with an approximate salary of rs.1 lakh to rs.2.4lakhs.

College Events

My clg clelebrate many evente like pongal and diwali festival functions and department functions and other many function like first year welcome funtion and comfest , winroid fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My college is a govt, college so no extra fees and like exam fees was only 2000 rs and semester fees was a 800 rs only is good and not expensive no other extra fees.

Exam Structure

Students having a minimum of 75% of attendance in the practical classes alone will be eligible to submit their record note books and appear for both the ca and ce practical examinations. Students shall be permitted to appear for the practical examinations only with the submission of bonafide records.

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

Actually the college provides placement for the students and especially to the lower background students at the max. The college collaoborate with the govt. dept. to create placement drives in the college. The salary is not that much attractive still its okay only.

Placement Experience:

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

From semester 5 the students will be eligible for the placements .there is no particular placement classes for the students.Students have to separately prepare for it by their own.By naan mudhalvan scheme many companies have visited our college but most of them are the start up companies and average package will be 2 LPA And 3LPA will be the highest package.Many students got placed from many departments like40%.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.
