Remarks

You must have 55% in your 12th then and also your JEE main score must be more than 80 percentile then you will get admission easily. You can simply apply for admission here by visiting our university website there you will get all the information regarding admission I get 50% scholarship because i get 76% in my 12th.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I am intrested in the computer branch. Here faculty and student ratio is too good it's about 2:30. All faculty in our university are Ph.D. All the exams were held in timely as scheduled

Placement Experience

After the 7th semester, you are eligible for placements in our university. There were soo much big companies that come to our university to offer a job like Wipro, Infosys. The highest package offered to the student of last year is 18 LPA and the average is 4LPA about 80% of students get placed, the study continues with the job

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to pay 38000/year as per my academic fee and 15000/year for hostel and 36000/year for the mess I have 50% scholarship in my university because I have 76% in my 12th so if you have 75%+ in your 12th then you will hit scholarship

Campus Life

Here freshers party was given by senior to their juniors. All the books are always available in our college library and also our college library is too big and full of technology. All the classrooms in our university have a smart class with the latest technology Cricket, basketball, badminton, etc are sports in which you can participate. Cultural and social club in our university run by students

Hostel Facilities

Our hostel facility is too good to have neet and clean hostel room with an attached bathroom and only two students for each room. Our mess meals are good quality food and also sweets in our meals. There is no registration for a hostel you just need to go hostel office and pay the fee and you will get your room key no I don't have any idea about it

Chandigarh university , but for real

Likes

campus life is absolutely banger and it is great to have friends here
crowd is bonkers , except some local peeps , they'd be behaving weird
major events like freshers and orientation , they bring crazzy artists

Dislikes

hectic schedules drain the soul of you .
frequent exams test that are totally unnecesary
attendance is another nuisance , having 75 percent is must

Placement Experience:

placements of 2.8 cr occured but it was only one , most of the placements packages go under 8 lpa and extra fees has to be paid in order to be eligible for placement drives and that too doen't ensure the placement

campus life and social interactionn : the campus is large and active with many clubs events hackathons and activities students get good opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds and participate iin extrracurricular activities.
faculty and teaching: faculty is experienced and mixed Some teachers have good subject knowledge and are supportive while teaching quality can vary between subjects.
placement and career support: the university provides opportunities and conducts recruitment for drives forn students.

Placement Experience:

IN our college students get placement form 3rd year onwards that is from 6th sem like university provides the students to sit in the placements and many good companies visit like amazon googler infosys tcs and all big recruiters and the highest package is upto 55lacks and ath average package of CSE id 8 to 9 lacks per annum and the placement rate is upto 100 percent.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.

Likes

The most appreciated aspect was the quality of teaching in classroom. There were structured planning for studies and exam preparations.
The campus was peaceful and the college celebrated every cultural event very enthusiatically covering interest of students belonging from various traditional backgrounds across India.
There was wide spread interest both from students and faculty side for promoting extra cirricular activites and talent.

Dislikes

The way a student raises a complain can be improved.
To allot extra hours for extra acirricular activites.

Placement Experience:

Placements are great for tech and core domains. Alomost every students gets to sit in placement following the eligibilty critera. Many students get double placed and there is a placement policy which allows fare chances of placement to every student.

Good inetrship provided in any college for students

First of all i went to LPU which is no 1 in punjab ranking, when i visited it my experience was very good and placement was also good but the fees structure of every course was very high like if i talk about BCA then its fee was 180000 which was not right for me, so i did not take admission in LPU but the college was very good and i also went to geeta university in a panipat and no one knowledge about that college because it was in a remote area and the students there also explained to me that either do not take admission or you will have to pay fine after fine, this college is not good, so i dod not take admission there i did not take it and then i looked at IKGPTU where i am currentlu studying it was a budget college and not to far from my home and the course fees were also reasonnable, so i took admission...Read More
