PIET college review

Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology(PIET) is a private college that was established in 2016. It is affiliated with Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, and approved by AICTE. The main aim of PIET is to promote academic growth by offering Diploma, Undergraduate, and Post Graduate programs. The Eligibility of the Course is 3 Years and a minimum of 50% marks in the 12th class. You can find the application form in college and on the website portal.

My interest is in computers, that of its works how the website, apps are made, that's why I choose BCA. Faculty: Students ratio is good. The Teachers are highly educated. They have many degrees like MCA, M.Phil, PhD, B.tech. The teaching method is also good. They give real-world examples for explaining the concept. In a year they can cover 2 semesters and in a semester 2 times sessionals are held(40 marks). And one main exam of the semester.

In our college, the companies like IBM, Wipro provides internships and stipend to students who are good at coding and communication. The projects taught by this college are excellent and interesting. The duration of the internships is like 3-4 months approx.

More than 100 corporate companies are visited on our campus like Amazon, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is very high. The average package is 5 lacs ad the highest package can go up to 15-16lacs.

The fee for the BCA is 42,000 a year. The student who has 80% plus marks in 12th can get a discount appx. 5-10%. There are many opportunities for the students there are many companies who visit for placement like TCS, Wipro Accenture, Infosys.

Piet conducted many fests but the best is a carbuncle. Carbuncle conducted in November-December. Sports events are also conducted in our colleges and the different social groups are created for dance, singing, and sports too and much extracurricular activity is conducted in our colleges.
