Remarks

My admission was based on the gujcet marks. I got handsome Marks on boards and even in my gujcet . I selected for the mechanical and got it in the first round. Three rounds are run on average and a lot of excitement was provided in it. Students select their college in the 1st round only and as there are most of the students get their dream college in the 1st round only. but still, if any deserving student didn't get the required college he can sit in the 2nd round and even in the 3rd round. but as soon as you move to the more number of rounds your seat in the required college also get decreased

Course Curriculum Overview

I always had a slope towards chemical engineering. reaction parts always excite me the most. After entering LD a got a lot of exposure to the professors. the ratio of student to professor is quite good and it is around 20:1 for certain batches as the teachers take lectures based on the number of batches. all the teachers are very qualified and have a lot of experience as they had also worked in different universities earlier.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 1500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In my college, the fees are very low and it is just 1500 rs. All the students are very happy with this fees structure. They can focus on their studies and doesn't have any harmful approach toward making money. All the students are applying for the Various scholarship and they can eventually apply for them if they are having a lower family income. Sincerely these student's are very happy to be in LD college of engineering.

Campus Life

A lot of annual fests are taking place in the college. In every 2 to 4 months a fest is organised. Clubs are present such as RoBoCon, NCC, NSS providing knowledge and exposure to students in the different fields. These groups also provide certificates for the participants and also provide the unseen facts such as the management qualities and skills to the students.

LIfe and Learning at PDEU

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, students become eligible after the 7th semester for the campus placements . Many top companies like IBM, Cognizant, JP Morgan Chase &Co. , TCS and many more. the highest package that went in my batch was 13-20 LPA whereas the average package is 7-8 LPA as per the company and profiles. Mostly 80-85%of the students got placed every year. Some students also goes for the higher studies or for their family bussiness.My plan after getting the degree is to join a AI/IoT company at better package.

Placement Experience:

My college provide internship and placement from 3rd year of course and student must not have any pending backlog in placement cell. There is many company come for recruitment if i give some name is torrent power, TCS, E infochips, adani power many. The student get highest package is around 20 LPA and the avg package is around 3 4 lpa and around 70 to 80 percent student got placed every year.
