PGDM at NIA - stepping stone to the Insurance Industry

NIA accepts CAT & CMAT scores for admission. There will be a GD/PI round. The batch strength is 120. Merit list will be uploaded after all the interviews after which WL will be uploaded as per vacancy.

NIA has a strong industry connection since most of the faculty are industry experts who have come after serving in the industry for years. The curriculum is designed such that which makes students industry ready with frequent interaction with high profile guest lectures.

After the completion of year 1, all students must undergo a 2month internship process with the highest stipend of 35K/month. NIA ensures each and every student gets a good opportunity in a company to understand the industry through this SIP process. Batch 2020-22 saw 1/3rd of the batch converting their SIPs into PPOs.

NIA has had a 100% placement record since its inception. Batch 2020-22 saw an average package of 10.3LPA with the highest package of 29.5LPA. 30% of the students have been offered PPOs by their respective Internship companies. The ROI at NIA is unmatchable by any other college in the same tier. Major roles offered are Core Insurance, BA, and Consulting roles.

At NIA the admission process will be a GD/WAT round followed by a PI round which willl revolve around current affairs and general topics. Having good academics background and a relevant work experience will be considered during final shortlisting.
