Uma's Review On Sri Krishna College Of Engineering And Technology - [SKCET], Coimbatore

The college management is top class and very friendly.no words to exprees the friendliness and the comfortable atmosphere which the collge gave. They found out our hidden talents and exposed us as brave individuals to the outside world.

I got merit certificate from the govt. and they allocated this college for me using my 12th marks i got admission. This course had both electronics and computers thats why i chose this course.

As i was interested in electronics the course was good but we had a lot of reading to do to get an all pass without failing was very tough we had to work very hard and focus more so that we will get a good job apart from the college hours we also used to take up maths tuition so that we could score more marks.

Many companies came to our college. I got selected in crompton greaves baroda they did not give me a internship they gave me a full time job. My first month salary was 15000.

Almost most of the members in our batch got placed in the campus interview. Big companies such as crompton greaves, siemens etc came to our college.

We had many culturals events we went to many colleges for attending culturals also we particiapate in many cultural events and had fun. Fun was never restricted in our college they wanted us to study at the same time enjoy.

The fee structure s very feasible apart from that if u get good marks u will be given scholarship that will bring down the fees amount u will get all the required benefits but u need to prove them in ur studies.

About this i have no idea cos when i studied only they had the scholarship system and they didnt give loan.

No ragging was allowed they took us to many useful competetions and allowed us to participate. No violence was allowed on or outside the school campus. We used to have elections to choose our school captain.

The food was very nominal but healthy hostel facilities very very comfortabel and hygienic we had all the comforts.

The alumni and the senior students where the best they used to guide us through our carrier process. Once the senior students even conducted a carrier guidance course for us when we wherew really confused abt our carrier choices.

The exams schedule was correctly structured not to hectic or not to easy going we had exams at the correct time and at the same time we had fun also the teachers used to coach the average students by keeping extra classes for free.

The college faculty was good teachers where very friendly and they helped us a lot by not discouraging us they used to encourage us by telling us to study and they used to never compare us using our marks.
