SNAP is the aptitude test to go for all the management colleges under Symbiosis. You can give it more than once every year. It is a fairly easy test, application available on their website and it happens in the month of January.

The course curriculum is up to date as per management studies guidelines, the brand name of symbiosis is there in the industry. The curriculum is semester-based 4 semesters in a year, faculty from the industry.

Just like placements, summer placements are also offered at the campus. These are required part of the curriculum and offer you industry exposure before finals. Companies like Asian Paints, Intel, Deloitte, Abbott visit. Marketing, sales, consulting are some of the highest recruiting profiles.

The placement scenario at SIBM is great. Companies like Cisco, Intel, Mahindra, ITC, Asian Paints, visit campus and offer an average of 22-23 lakhs. the highest can go upto your capability and usually placements are a lot of luck.

The campus life at SIBM is really something to look forward to, Pune is a place you can enjoy your college. The classrooms and libraries are well equipped. There are many clubs based on your interest which you can opt for, in order to pursue your interest.
Interview Experience
Yes, there is a group discussion round after SNAP (if you clear the cutoff) and then there is a personal interview. The topic of the group discussion is usually generic and related to current affairs, I used to read newspapers for GD/PI preparation.
