Remarks
You must first pay the NMAT test costs before filling out the application form for NMIMS Mumbai. It's crucial to have good grades in your undergrad degree; the application procedure included a WAT test followed by a round of interviews with three judges. I did not take advantage of any reservation benefits. The application costs amount to Rs 3200. Overall, the procedure went without a hitch. The conversation lasted 25 minutes.
Course Curriculum Overview
We have a class size of over 60, the course fee is nearly 11 lakhs. In India, the course is well-known. The professors are excellent. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:20, and the majority of the academic members hold doctoral degrees. The instruction is quite good. We have six trims, as well as mid-term and end-term exams. It is a two-year program. To earn good grades, you must have a lot of knowledge.
Internships Opportunities
Summer placements are available to first-year students. There are numerous companies that provide summer employment opportunities. Depending on the domain, there are a variety of positions to choose from like finance, marketing, operations, general management, consulting etc. Finance and marketing-related businesses are on the higher end of the scale. GE, Google, Genpact, Microsoft, Swiggy, and more companies have recruited interns.
Placement Experience
Everything is going great with the placements. There are 100% placements available. A large number of companies from various sectors like tech, FMCG, banking etc come to campus. Google, ITC, Britannia, Microsoft, PWC, GS, and other visit universities. The average is roughly 17 lacs, with a maximum of around 35 lacs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are on the higher end of the scale. The current value is almost 1100000. I did not accept any financial support. I am currently in my first year, and the summers have been good. Scholarships are available for students whose family income is less than 8lacs but they come with a lot of conditions attached. If needed, a student loan can be obtained from any of the major banks.
Campus Life
In the college, there are numerous groups and committees that organize events such as Euphoria. Finance club, operations club, and NJM (Marketing) are examples of clubs. We hold activities on a regular basis. The clubs are nicely planned, with all of the learnings that a student can acquire. In college, there is a sports committee too.
