Remarks

Eligibility for BA is 12th pass with English in any recognized board. The application form is available offline in Shibli college and online on the official website in May - April. Shibli is a minority college so reservations were given to OBC SC and St candidates. Although college take on the basis of marks secured in Entrance test but college take admission of some students without entrance. This should be ended.

My dream is to be an Officer and I found that Politics is the main subject in UPSC and I am also interested in it. Shibli is one of the best colleges in North East Uttar Pradesh and its Faculty is well managed, student ratio is 20:1. Teachers are experienced and old. almost all have PhD, some are NET qualified. The teaching method is good, teachers come daily to the class give us some assignments and make notes. Final exam Conduct only once a year. Preparation of notes and what the teacher teaches helped me to pass the Examination.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 4500 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Shibli is a minority college so its fees are very low and unchanged, no fee hike yet. Shibli doesn't give scholarships you have to apply for government scholarships such as UP scholarship, National scholarship. I received a 5500 rs UP Scholarship.

Campus Life

Independence Day and One social program (in which students participate) are Conducted in the main college. Fresher Parties are held in Classroom. Books are easily accessible in the college library at a very less cost, you have to show your id and give rent for 1 month or as you want. Classrooms are very big and some Classrooms have cement made seat and some have Wooden seat. Sports competitions are Conducted on College grounds such as Volleyball and Cricket. Many Social groups are present here. Like SHIBLI students, Shiblian and some political groups which participate in College Election.

Remarks:

Yeah there are always something that needs to work upon and so is the library of the college. The books are not useful as per my course as I am in B. A. I did not find any book useful for me and so happened with my friend who is perusing B. sc from the same college.

Stuff you didn't know about DAV PG college(BHU)

Remarks:

The infrastructure is not too good of the college but that of the university is huge. Also the library have a lot of books but not enough for such a reputed college with an A+ certificate. The canteen area is also without a roof and basically there are just chairs and that too in a very small area. Yet again the university prides itself for Asia's biggest library the central library and the canteen is also very good and spacious.

Entrance Preview:

I took part in the entrance examination conducted by the college almost 7000 students applied for 540 seats (all subjects). It is best college in Gorakhpur for Graduation providing good environment for students full on security discipline which is the most important thing as per the past record most of the graduates frm here are posted in top spots so overall this college has a great academic record. So i opted for it.

Shibli college in Azamgarh review

Eligibility is an Intermediate pass with English. candidate must obtain 50% of marks in 12th. You can find the application form on shibli official website, charge in 400 rupee, and it comes in the month of March and April. There is OBC/Muslim, SC/ST reservation.
