You should be holding bachelor degree in that particular subject to be eligible for this exam. You can find the application form on Sarkari Result.Com and the fees for application was somewhere between 600-900rs. The form usually come in January or February and exams are counted in March or April. I have not availed any reservation benefits. The timings of exams were good and also the difficulty of exam was moderate to hard. The website sometimes don't work properly and people might face some payment issues as well.
