Remarks

We needed to score very good marks on a particular honours subject. We can find the application form on the official website of the college only. Admission fees for COI holders were and for non-local, it was 3157 and for SU registration it was 700 but then one who filled all the forms took 200 as an extra charge. Every admission committee was really amazing and soft-spoken.

I chose to take Tourism honors as it is one of my favorite subjects since I was studying in class 9. Is it a service-providing sector. The faculty out here are really outstanding. They guide us by providing notes by explaining every little word. They never miss their class. The exam's time was from 10;30-11;30. Questions were not that tough.

Fees and Financial Aid

The hostel fee is around 3000 per month. Scholarships must be provided to every student. I haven't received any scholarships. The scholarship is must need to students as their picket money. Which is needed for buying practical accessories and all.

Campus Life

I don't have any idea about the annual fee. Every kind of book related to our syllabus is available at the library. The classroom contains a number of desks and benches. Many kinds of extracurricular activities on campus are done. NSS it's a social group formed by the college only.

Hostel Facilities

The room is okay. Food is not that good but then according to fees, it's okay. We need to fill up the form we can get the form through the college hostel only. It's nearby college only. There are many students at the hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty outdated, they need to update it. The professors try to accomodate and teach stuff out of the syllabi as per the emerging trends. The difficulty level is average and the exams are easy to score on.

As per the course i had no idea which one was good for me. Nor did i have a seniour who could guide us. We should have atleast a month in collage to decide our course. If it is possible we should be given a month at the start of collage to discuss with the faculty based on our strength to choose the course we want.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always enjoyed English as an subject and later I decided to choose this course . The curriculum I don't know but the teachers are really hardworking and good with lessons making it easy to understand ,there was a teacher she was teaching a very difficult lesson I still remember she made a ppt filled with memes so that we could understand it better , I found that really kind and an opt dedication towards her job . The sessionals are held for 1 hour and the end term for 2 , talking about the difficulty level it depend on the way that u have prepared it .

-Colleges I applied for : SMIT: B.Sc Chemistry, SMIMS: B.Sc MLT, Cardiovascular Tech. I choose this college because I only need a B.Sc degree for my further decision of giving competitive exams, hence did not prefer to spend on fancy degrees -I got accepted into all the colleges I applied for( not bragging,it's easy) -You apply online after finishing your 12th, bare minimum of 60% is required on your main subject (depends on your course).
