Course Curriculum Overview

Our colleges have many courses yet not perfect we dont get betyer pravtical opportunities I choose this course in this college because i can afford only this college We dont get classes for competitive exam Our college should focus in teaching students and making them prepared for higher education and competitive exams.

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Its a government college so people from sikkim doesnt need to pay yearly fee just a admission fee of 800 rupees People outside sikkim needs to pay rupees 2500 semester wise There are no scholarships provideyby college We can get the scholarship from differ Centre and state scholarship schemes

Campus Life

My campus life was great just because of my friends The range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library are very less there are no facilities and technological provisions within the classroom provided to the students Though our college focused on sports and extra curricular activities that is offered on our campus but academically our College has a poor poor courses

Admission

After finishing my high school i applied for Delhi University even my cutoff were clear but due to financial difficulties i couldn't stay in delhi to study over there. I applied to this college because it was in sikkim and I could afford it Our college have very low cut off as mostly all the high school graduates from sikkim studies here

Faculty

Though our teacher and faculty tries their beat but its not enough we have only three subjects yet only an hour per day per subject We have two seasional of 25 marks each which is internal and final end sem exam of 50 marks making it 100 in total. End sem paper is made by Sikkim university to which our college is affiliated There are many back paper in our department in a sem almost 25 percentage people gets failed

Night Life

We have we have college, gym, college, cafeteria, college library, and there are many public area nearby. we have a Hostel with a 3200 fees per month we have a campus timing of 9 o'clock in the morning and 4 o'clock in the evening. In an around locality. It is very safe for student to roam around in the night.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is pretty outdated, they need to update it. The professors try to accomodate and teach stuff out of the syllabi as per the emerging trends. The difficulty level is average and the exams are easy to score on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always enjoyed English as an subject and later I decided to choose this course . The curriculum I don't know but the teachers are really hardworking and good with lessons making it easy to understand ,there was a teacher she was teaching a very difficult lesson I still remember she made a ppt filled with memes so that we could understand it better , I found that really kind and an opt dedication towards her job . The sessionals are held for 1 hour and the end term for 2 , talking about the difficulty level it depend on the way that u have prepared it .

In our university we have per semester 3 exams For eg. In 1 semester which means in 6 months we have 3 exams . Term 1 contains of 25 marks which will be written , term 2 contains 25 marks which can be written or your HOD might ask for assignments and the last paper is 50 . The passing criteria is 33

my college is best

-Colleges I applied for : SMIT: B.Sc Chemistry, SMIMS: B.Sc MLT, Cardiovascular Tech. I choose this college because I only need a B.Sc degree for my further decision of giving competitive exams, hence did not prefer to spend on fancy degrees -I got accepted into all the colleges I applied for( not bragging,it's easy) -You apply online after finishing your 12th, bare minimum of 60% is required on your main subject (depends on your course).
