JEE exam was my entrance exam to undertake Bachelor of Technology. I scored 62 in the exam. I had always been passionate towards technology and thus it took up engineering. I had heard a lot about this college and also two of my cousins studied in this college. This is the best college in Odisha in terms of education of technology.

The course is of 4 years and consists of 8 semesters. Each year is divided into two semesters. Each semester contains 6 subjects which focus on the present day required technology every budding engineer needs. Engineering is a noble study. Each and every student is sound in mathematics and physics as it is the application of both these fields.

Yes, our college provides internship every year. The student should get an NOC signed by the principal to go for internships. Students go for internship in companies like Indian Railways, Jindal, Tata, IFFCO, etc.

Nearly 60 companies visit the college early and recruit students into their company. They want skillful and formal people. They mostly give stress on strong communication mainly in English language. A student may be average in studies but will win the race if he/she is good in communicating thoughts and views as it is the most important aspect in today's day jobs.

Each year technical fest is organised. Students participate in the fest. Technical workshops, exhibitions, robotics, experiments, competitions etc are held. Winners are awarded with prize money. Also a cultural fest is organised every year which lasts for 3 days. Students participate in huge numbers and enjoy a lot.

As compared to other colleges, the fee structure is the most affordable one. plainly speaking, it is very affordable and the least in any engineering college. The fees is nearly 3.5 lacs for the whole course.

Scholarships are provided by central government and also by respective state governments like prerana and medhabruti. Study loans are easily availing against production of the college fee structure.

Boys and girls hostels are separate. Hostels are well equipped and are cleaned twice a day. 24 hours electricity is provided to the hostel in each room in the hostel maximum 2 students can stay. The food in the mess is delicious an hygienic.

Each semester is concluded by end semester exams which is the most important exam as it is conducted by the university and will also be evaluated by the university. 2 class tests are also an integral part of each semester. These are evaluated by the college itself. Class tests together constitute 30 marks and the end semester exam is of 70 marks.

The faculties are extremely good here. They help students solve any type of problem. They try to complete syllabus in time and save some for revising. They teach point to point and provide the best tips those help us at the right time. Teachers also teach in extra classes to help understand better for the slow learners.
