The admission process starts from IPU CET Exam. I gave the exam in 2019 after my 12th exam and I got a rank of 1081 and after that I go for choice filling my first preference is MSIT after VIPS then JIMS Rohini and JIMS Rohini alloted in the second round no upgrade upto 5th round. Then I sit in spot round and yes VIPS alloted to me. The eligibility criteria is not to high actually 60-65% in 12th class with any stream. The application form out in may or June as in pandemic time it so i recommend to check the official website of indraprastha University (ipu.ac.in) the application fees is around 1000 rs. I want to do b-tech but then someone reccomend me for doing bca+mca that is more than the btech degree from a reputed college. In my college, the faculty is very friendly the seniors are motivation the faculty and student ratio is around 1:50. All the faculty members are expertise in their fields. Students are in hand of PhD and PhD+ holders. The semester wise exams are not really tough actually but you have to open the book atleast to secure the semester.

Small companies also come for internships giving 5-10k per month as per your skills and role. In 5th and 6th semesters, you have to give a minor and major project as per your interest and knowledge respectively.

Students are eligible for placement from the 5th semester before that you can do internships. Some of the big names come for placement like SAP Labs, Infosys, TCS, Wipro and etc. The highest package is around 5-6 lakh for BCA. And the average package is in between 3-4 lakh. Some profiles in which students recruited in these companies are operative executor, tester, developer, etc. Around 99% of students placed every year. My plans after getting the degree do higher studies.

Fees for my course are increasing year by year. From 2019, I submit the annual fees of 96,400 each year. But the students who take admission in 2021 they have to come with a purse of 1,08,000. But their are many financial assistance scheme any caste scholarships and many more from the government. In 3rd year there are many companies for placement. 99% placement record hold by VIPs.

There are many fests over a year like spandan and tech fest hackathon and many more there are dance socities dazzle etc. In winter there are market of fests. in December and January . Very big library having books over thousands of book. Ac centralised campus and ac, projector,wifi clean toilets canteen in the garden. From cricket to basket ball every talent shines here.
