Remarks

First, I studied at a Muslim arts college in Kanyakumari. Next, I get transferred to Hindustan college of arts and science in Coimbatore. I continued second-year Viscom by applying for transfer. For admissions, you need to submit originals of marksheet and xerox of another card, etc. Admission for me is delayed due to transfer.

Course Curriculum Overview

I selected this course because I like to be an editor. Faculty members were very responsive. I don't know how many faculty and students in the whole college. The number of students in my class is 51. First-year passed due to corona. This time internal exams are conducted by online and sem exams are conducted by offline. Sem exam will be held on December.

Class Size: 51Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In viscom fees is costly compared to other courses.Viscom one sem fees is 60000 and other courses one semester 20000-30000. I dont know about scholarships and financial assistance. I didn't get a job i get a seat for the second year.

Campus Life

The annual fest conducted by our college is called hilaricus.I think it is conducted yearly.TOP 10 celebrities visit our college. All kinds of books are available in the library All kinds of sports like football, handball, basketball, volleyball, etc are available according to the wish you can join. In our college music club is there they will select students and make them sing on auditions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teaching methods of marine faculties are excellent but in my course they add some additional subject like tamil and hindi which are useless and no neede for a mariner as the marine faculties are good in teaching and explaining but they also having difficulty in teaching as the requirements didn't meet from the college management

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
