Remarks

Admission can be taken through -CCMT only according to the GATE-Score. The "Renewable Energy Branch" is a multi-disciplinary branch and students gets an exposure of variety of fields in that. The placements are good and also their labs are very well equipped

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very well structured according the industrial need. The faculties are also very experienced and supervise lot of industrial projects also. Academics syllabus helps in bringing out the best out of students.

The placement opportunities are decent here. The placement cell and coordinators are very active and get lot of companies related to each field in the campus. So, that students have a lot of choices for their career growth.

Great infrastructure, very beautiful campus, Computer center is used to get open 24/7, Labs and classes are very well equipped with all the necessary devices, instruments, facilities, Cultural events also take place every year.

No Group discussion, Interview or written test is required for the admission. Only student need to qualify the "GATE-examination" held by IIT every year.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Mnit Jaipur top NIT ?

I applied to a few NITs and state colleges but chose MNIT Jaipur because it has better infrastructure, faculty, and placements compared to others. I got admission offers from MNIT Jaipur and one or two other NITs, but MNIT felt more promising for electrical engineering. I faced rejection from some colleges due to lower JEE Main rank. MNIT’s admission is mainly through JEE Main, which is the most preferred exam for most students here. The cutoff for electrical engineering is quite high, around 15000-25000 rank, depending on category. The admission process was straight forward register on JoSAA, choose preferences, and seat allotment happens based on rank. Overall, it was smooth and transparent. I feel lucky to be here because the experience and opportunities are better than what I expected from others....Read More
