Truth of sal college of engineering

The admission process was quite tough I completed my process through ACPC, which was specifically organized for the Admission process. Firstly, I verified my all documents like mark sheet, gujcet results and etc. Then, I choose collages that were suitable for me and I am interested. Admission criteria were very simple they considered 50% of my Gujarat board exam marks and another 50% was considered from gujcet result. To get an Admission to sal college I needed a minimum of 55 to 60% in Gujarat board. I applied for only a few colleges such as sal college of engineering, silver oak engineering college, and alpha engineering college. I considered these colleges because my academic scores were not enough to apply to a government college. So, I choose self-finance colleges.

I took an information technology course because I had some interest in this field and I had some knowledge regarding IT like what kind of subjects were included and which type of job I got after finishing my study. The faculty of sal college was good. They have 5 to 6 Faculty per 120 students and all of them were completed their masters in their respective fields and also some of them were completed their Ph.D. in computer science. Term examination took place two times every semester and the difficulty level was tough.

After completing 6th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. There are numerous companies that are visited for recruiting students like, Byju's, Abp news, zydus, TCS, gtpl, MVP, mphasis, the Woodbridge circle, and getaway. The highest placement received was 2.6 LPA and the average placement was 2.2 LPA. All students must need above 7 cgpa for getting placement. My future plan is fixed I will apply for my master's in the information technology field.

In sal, college of engineering students gets only scholarship which is given by the government. Apart from that, no other kind of financial help was provided. I opted for no job because I wanted to continue my study.

In this college, one tech fest is organized every year called panache. All kinds of study material are available at the library and they provide a very comfortable setting facility in the classroom with an air conditioner. Also, they encourage students to take part in sports and extra activities and organize many competitions. There are mainly two groups which are run by students first one is abvp and another is NCP.
