Remarks
I had applied for 2 colleges NPGC AND ECC. I chose ecc due to its better educational programs. The admission criteria are very simple the admission was taken on the basis of rank. Firstly there is an examination which you have to clear and then the verification process takes place.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had an interest in statistics so I chose it. The faculty to student ratio is approx 1 professor on 60 students. The faculties are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching method is also okay. There is a semester system and the exams are not that difficult to pass.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are okay it's not that high as the statistics department is funded by the government. The study cost is okay. I wasn't eligible to apply for a scholarship as my father is in a government job else the scholarship of students who fill the form arrives on time.
Campus Life
There are fests organised like freshers party farewell party and small festivals and events are also celebrated. The annual fest spandan was also held it was a 3 days fest and one DJ night was included. The classroom is spacious. There are sports events held within the college. Different social groups like NSS TSS AND NCC are also there.
