Heaven on earth- My favourite place

As soon as I got my 2nd mark I decided to do BCA that is Bachelors's in Computer application. I had applied in various other institutes such as CMR, Kristu Jayanti, Reva but I chose this college as I heard a lot of good reviews regarding the college also the infrastructure and the environment was very pleasant. I had gone to college personally and filled the application form, later I had a meeting with the counselor regarding the fees structure and other formalities. Later they had asked me to pay the part payment of my fees for the year and the rest fees to be paid after a month or two according to my convenience.

I chose this course as I had knowledge and skills in computers also I had a keen interest in programming and programming languages. The faculty at this institute is very friendly, kind, and helpful any time of the day. Strict at times they have to be, very kind-hearted and also skilled in their own fields. As we know teachers play an important role in our lives especially while pursuing a course in computers, without good teachers and their help nothing is possible. All the faculty/teachers at this institute are graduates from top colleges in India also a few are Ph.D. holders. The internal tests/exams were conducted every three months, class tests every two weeks. As the faculty's coaching is quite well the exams weren't that tough regardless of the challenging questions.

Cognizant, IBM, Wipro, Dell, etc. companies came for internships. The stipend starts from 3500 to 15000. The tasks given were troubleshooting, web developing, JAVA programming, bug fixing, app developing, etc.

Companies such as Cognizant, IBM, Wipro, etc. Visit this campus. Placements are really good at this campus especially for students who score more than 80% every semester. I have plans to go abroad after my degree.

The fees were quite normal 90000 per annum. The fees may vary depending on your 2nd PU marks, the greater the marks lesser the fees. There are various scholarships at this institute, regarding that once the application is done the counselor will discuss it with you.

There are various cultural programs held at this campus. Musical fests, sports meets, dance competitions, singing and writing competitions, and various other cultural fests. There is a fest called Sargam held every year in the month of September that includes various cultural programs such as dance competitions, food fusion, art, and craft, act/plays, etc. The library is filled with various informative books for your subject and also every topic/subject has a count of 10 books each so there is no problem regarding the availability of certain books. There is also a utility center where you can buy notebooks, take xerox/print out of notes, and other stationery items such as pen, pencil, scale, etc. There are various sports clubs and sports representatives where if you are interested in a certain sport you can meet them personally and let them know regarding your interest. Sports such as badminton, cricket, basketball, throw ball, chess, carrom, table tennis are available at this campus.
