Entrance Preview

As i preferred Engineering as my career path, i have chosen MPC in Intermediate, on taking EAMCET (Engineering Entrance Exam), i have chosen Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) branch which drove me to select a college only in Top 10 Colleges. As Expected, on my Rank, i have selected Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology college as the Best one.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have completed my engineering in Electronics and Communication branch. Curriculum structure was good with the periodical labs for all the required subjects. Encouragement given to the students in coming up with the new thoughts is also admirable. Interactive sessions in the labs and in understanding the process without going blindly is also appreciative.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't done any internship. I am not aware of this in detail. we are provided with the Communication Skills build up programs to attend the interviews.

Placement Experience

I hope 25 to 30% are placed. Tata Consultancy Services hired around 80 members with a package of around 3 LPA, Dell has hired 3 members with a package of 2.8 LPA, Deloitte has hired 5 members with a package of 3 LPA, Franklin Templeton has hired around 5 members.

College Events

We have Technical Fests named Microcosm i.e. Electronics and Communication Engineering Technical Fest. And we have a cultural Fest named Nirvana. We participated in paper presentations, quiz and cultural activities and other games. We used to participate in other branches Fests.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not sure about this. No idea as i have been offered scholarship from the government but not from the college.

Exam Structure

Curriculum structure was good with the periodical labs for all the required subjects. Encouragement given to the students in coming up with the new thoughts is also admirable. Interactive sessions in the labs and in understanding the process without going blindly is also appreciative.

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

The best part of the college is its placement of the college. Almost all companies visit the campus, including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and almost all. The average percentage of the college is around 85 percent. In Chemical engineering, the placement is a little bit, it's around 90 percent. I'm planning for placements on the Software side.

I got an answer rank of 7381, I have chosen only ece subject in all the colleges which I have applied in osanima university, CBIT, vasaviengineering college, Gokaraju rangaraju college. Also other top 10 colleges.I got seat in this college but I prefer CB.IT college more than our college and also vasavy.College is equal to MGIT. After applying for these colleges, I got to know that Vienna is not a good college is equal and Mania university is a good college, but faculty doesn't care about students according to seat in CBI t and mjt, please. Prefer cbit. The admission process in this college is simple. You should get seat through t. this is the best college for the students who are very auspicious and determined

i did applied for various colleges like chaitanya bharathi intistute of technolgy,vasavi ,vjr college etc and this college i got admissions in vasavi college and mgit but in vasavi college i got civil branch in which i don't have intrest and got IT department in mgit so i choose mgit over vasavi college and i got rejected by cbit, cvr college because i got eamcet rank which are not enough to get admissions in those colleges .In MGIT ,the minimum rank for the cse is 6000 and for ece and ET's the rank is 11000 for general category and we also have B category in which the students can get admissions through there jee mains percentile...Read More
