Remarks

The admission process is quite easy after cap rounds of mhtcet you can visit the college and complete the admission process by taking help from pf presented staff office staff is so helpful. The college has all types of government scholarship schemes. If anyone is from category/minority they have all scholarship schemes for them.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teaching method as you know we have Covid situation since 1.5 years so all education is online but wait as my branch is computer science we didn't face any difficulties while studying online and teachers are very helpful and about exams as usual online there is a pattern of 2 unit test 1 in sem from university and 1 prelim exam and final end sem per semester as our college is under Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 89000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are a number of startups offering internships from 1st and 2nd year you can opt or grab the opportunity by your skill and your interest and passion for that as well you can try hackathons as well there is any hackathon exist college will inform you all government level and national level hackathons you can grab the opportunity of the internship by winning this.

The college has very good placement. Particularly the computer branch has very good placements with good packages and other branches as well. There are a number of companies visited every year. Also, college has Naac an accreditation so the placements are very good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Normally Fees are 90000 but if you belong to a minority or caste you have all government scholarship schemes for fees as I applied for ebc mine fees are 45500 Rs and the remaining 50% fees will pay the government as I applied for EBC scholarship.

Our college has a library containing all books by branch college has a big cricket ground, football turf, basketball ground, etc. The college has a very clean and comfortable classroom equipped with cameras for security and labs are well maintained.

Hostel Facilities

The college has its own hostel on-campus rooms that are comfortable for 3 people every room has a bathroom attached college has 2 messes on campus. According to convenience, you can choose if meals are tasty and delicious veg and non-veg both available on Sunday. College hostel fees is 31000 per year.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

I’m happy with our college

I have applied to many colleges. I have availed no quota for admission. Admission criteria were 45% above marks in each. (10+12/Diploma) passed. Also, there are special criteria for a particular branch. More than marks higher branch. For admission, you have to register for the cap round. If students have required marks according to the cut off list for a particular course they will get selected. Once toe gets selected have to visit the college and submit all original documents. A semester is of 6 months. In total there are 8 semesters and exams are accordingly. Passing is quite easy but scoring good marks is a real struggle. The faculty is very nice. Also the faculty is so supportive, helpful. Most faulty is best qualified and teaching excellent. After all, you have to study on you're own because you are taking a degree now....Read More
