College below average for extra curricular activities

I have applied for 2 colleges first one is SHAMBHUNATH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY and 2nd UNITED GROUP OF INSTITUTE but due to financial issues, i have not taken addmission in this college. Criteria for taking addmission in my college is one has scored above 70% in class 12 and age should be 18 or above. Addmission process was simple you have to take the application form from college itself and fill it up with all details asked and submit the form in college after few days they will call you if there criteria matches your score then you have to pay a specific amount which they will ask you to confirm your seat.

I have chosen this course because my elders recommend me to choose this. The faculty ratio is too bad but the student ratio is good. The qualification of faculty is average but their teaching method is good. The college conducts 2 term exams before a semester and if we talk about how difficult was the exam i would say it was average not so hard but not too easy as well.

The cost to study is not much it's just only 25000 INR but if you get scholarship you have to pay 90% of the scholarship to college. Don't know the name of scholarship but state government provide the scholarship. I have not got job yet on campus so can't tell you about this.

In my college, no annual fest and tech fest are being conducted . If we talk about library's very old books are kept in shelf which was of no use so very bad experience with library . We play sports by our own there was no sports teacher to guide so bad experience with this as well and no extra curricular activities are conducted by college till date . No social group are runned by any student or any website as well.
