All you need to know about my college life

I applied in MCC for a Bachelor of Commerce but before getting the offer letter from them I got admission in SRM, also I applied in Hindustan College for a Bachelor of Business Administration but I didn't have enough percentage to join there. The minimum age required to join for undergraduate in SRM is 18 and you should have atleast 60% as your 12th board mark. Basically, for B.Com we don't have any counseling you just have to fill an online form by providing your information you have to pay Rs.1000 for that and on the day of enrollment you have to go to the university and once you're selected you'll get a call from the university as an offer call and on the day of enrollment you can go to the university and pay your first-year fee in DD and you can collect your ID card.

I done my higher studies in commerce so B.Com is the best choice for me in college and for my future. The student faculty ratio is 60:1 where every faculties have a good communication. The University recruits Highly efficient Faculties who excels in Vast Teaching Skills and it ensures each students are benefitted out of it. The Terms exams happen in the duration of 6 months and it makes learning process quite easy and students don't face much difficulty as they are prepared for it.

Mostly outside companies doesn't take part with our college to give internships. We have to do assignments for each subjects in every semester and they will be added as our internal marks. There's a seperate research paper in our final semester that can be added in our LOR, which gives more credit to the same.

The Placements for the Students happens from the 5th Semester. The companies which have a placement cell are Infosys, TCS, ZOHO. and also includes banks such as CUB, RBL Bank. The Highest Package offered is 15,000 to 30,000. The Maximum Percentage of Students getting Placements are 60%. I have a plan of pursuing my PG in Abroad

For the student of Commerce, the tuition fees remains the same as 80,000 for all the 3 years. I haven't recieved any scholarships so far. but the University has various criteria for allocating Scholarships for the benefit of the students and the betterment of their studies.

The University organizes Many cultural fest one of the biggest fests among them is Milan. It happens every year in March and Aarush - Tech fest would take place in October. The University encourages students to take part in many Fest. There is a Library which consists of 3 floors that is completely dedicated for the library which consist of a huge array of books across different Genres Most of our classrooms are Air Conditioned and well spacious with Modern teaching Equipment. The University organizes various fest and sports events. There are Football, Badminton, Shuttle, Table Tennis, and other sports coachings on the campus. Various clubs are happening in the University - DSA [ Directorate of Students Affairs] which is fully managed by the Students.

The hostel has various generous such as single, double, triple, or even four sharing rooms. The hostel expenses are quite reasonable and other amenities are highly satisfactory. Every hostel has wifi which gives high-speed internet and they have a router for every ten rooms. They have 24/7 power backup. The quality of the food is soo good and they have different kinds of the menu for the different peoples across the country.
