Remarks
Very good research background as well as the study environment is quite good. The faculties are also well experienced and full of knowledge. The location of the college is at a very scenic place one can study as well as visit Jaipur too.
Course Curriculum Overview
As I had a keen interest on Power Electronics and drives from my B.Tech time, therefore I chose this institute to join in the M.Tech course. My supervisor was Dr. Nitin Gupta, Assistant Professor. He has a very good expertise in Power Quality, DC DC converter and inverters.
Internships Opportunities
I have got an wonderful internship opportunity to work with General Electric Power Conversion from February to June, 2021. I was getting a monthly stipend of 35000 with that company. Although they had not promised any PPO after the internship period.
Placement Experience
From third semester onwards a M.Tech student becomes eligible for sitting in campus placement. Various software companies like Wipro, TCS etc. visit the campus for taking students from M.Tech. Although for core branches like electrical the placement is quite low. Only General Electric came to our campus in which I was got selected as an intern.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I was getting 12400 as a monthly stipend during my M.Tech course. The institute fee was quite high though. Therefore no savings was remaining with me after paying my institute fees. Although I got an internship offer with General Electric from my campus placement program
Campus Life
As, the college is situated in Jaipur so the summer becomes quite unbearable but the greenery of the campus makes it a little more cozy. The college has a lot of parks inside where staff members as well as students can use to stroll. A canteen is there near the administrative block from where the students can get refreshments.

Exam Structure
GATE 2019 510
Admission
No written test or interview was there. One has to appear for GATE exam only for getting admission into the M.Tech program. No GD or interview is required.
