College worth remembering

Presidency University is a prestigious university that many people aspire to attend. Even if there are disagreements about administration and bureaucratic processes for many basic tasks, the education received here is priceless. It is, however, more suited to individuals who wish to pursue academia as a career or who want a true education in their subjects, rather than those seeking training-experience in order to find work. This all reasons made me select this college for my bachelor's.

I chose the BCA course because I am interested in technical fields and want to work in the IT industry. And it is here that my college assists me in honing my technical abilities as well as providing me with a variety of internship and placement possibilities. The facilities are quite welcoming, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. All professors are doctorate-qualified educators, and all assistant professors are experts in their fields.

The Placement Cell has been inactive for quite some time. Presidency University has a good reputation among colleges, but that isn't enough to attract large corporations. The majority of students wish to pursue master's degrees at IITs. SAP, Amazon, Wipro, and others are among the top corporations that come to school to recruit. Sales manager, data analyst, HR, and other positions are available. Seventy percent to eighty percent of pupils get placed. The lowest wage package is Rs 500,000, while the highest is Rs 10,000,00.

Being a government institution. Presidency University's greatest advantage is its cost-effectiveness. Even pupils from the lowest of families will be able to afford the tuition. Other universities should aspire to provide such high-quality education at such a low cost. The overall fees is around 1 lac rupees. There are also scholarship schemes based on your higher secondary marks.

Our university's campus life is quite pleasant. Students are amicable, and they can play music, sing songs, and participate in various sports on campus. We'll have a table tennis and carrom area, as well as a wide playing field and a spacious courtyard where students can relax after lessons. The campus is completely secure, and security officers are stationed at the gates.
