Remarks
I have applied for very few Colleges and Aravali college of engineering and management was one of them. YMCA college was my priority out of all. But I was not able to qualify because of my marks in jee mains. So I short listed some of the colleges and got a call from Aravali college and was invited to visit once to checkout the college. The fees is compatible and it's not a difficult task to get into the college. There was few documents which I need to submit like 12th class marksheet, tc and my few personal details. The fees is 1.2 lac per annum. And the campus is very big. The teachers are highly qualified. The only drawback is that it doesn't encourage any sports in the campus which I personally thought that it must be there.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Mechanical engineering and The course is not very difficult because I was keenly interested in motorbike sports and when I go through the books it was a intersting subject. The exams were held on time and u need to be disciplined and gentle to pass the exams. The faculty members are very helping and are Highly qualified in their field.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees Is 1.2 lakh per annum and if you are a bright student and scored more than 90% in 12th class you are just unloaded with a great burden of 80% of the fees. U just need to pay 20% of the total fees. And if u get any back or reappear in the upcoming semesters u need to pay the fees as a normal student which is 1.2 lakh. You are also eligible to get the scholarship on lower percentage or count if you have a quota.
Campus Life
The annual fest is bit interesting because you are optioned with many contest and tournaments like online gaming, chees , painting, article writing and many others. Now comes the library, it is a very disciplined place with a quiet environment and huge number of books available with it. The librarian is a nice guy who helps you in every aspect you need. The sports section and extra curricular activities are not upto the mark which is the only and major drawback of it. But there are a few clubs run by students.
