SRMJEE is the entrance exam for this college. its much easier than JEE MAIN exam. One can get good rank in this with basic and applied studies of concepts. After getting rank you get counselling dates on which u need to decide the branch.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum has arranged very well. and they keep on updating it. University gives plenty of opportunities to learn different things such as foreign language, Career Development courses, placement training, semester abroad program, etc. Labs facilities are also satisfactory.
Internships Opportunities
They do not provide internship but yeah they do give recommendation letter and guidance. Well SRM has good name in many Sectors and industries.
Placement Experience
Placement is very good for Computer related courses, civil, electrical and Mechanical along with automobile. but if you are asking for Aerospace and Nano technology then its not the place where you ll be get that opportunity.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are expensive for this university. They have different fees for different streams like for regular courses its around 2 lakh and for specialised course like aerospace and Nano tech its 3.5 lakh. other than that u need to pay 15 k for your CAREER DEV FEES.
Exam Structure
Well about it i am not that satisfied and agreed. its very hectic. 2 cycle test, 1 model exam 1 semester end exams, lot of assignments, practicals and very less preparation time.
Faculty
Faculties are well educated and trained. but yeah sometimes you need to be polite and patient even after a argument with them. Because but obvious they have your internal marks but other ways they are helpful. Faculty helps a lot in projects and start up if you have innovative ideas. doubt solving and talking to faculties is very friendly.
