I got this college through CET. The reason behind selection is simple - the staff, infrastructure and teaching pattern.

4 years of engineering. Every year you would have 10 subjects broken down in to two semesters. Each semester would have 5 subjects. Last year you would have a engineering project for which you can select your own topic for project. Practicals are a part of daily routine.

No internships offered at the moment. Only direct recruitment is possible. A lit of tier 2 companies have visited the college.

At an average, among the computer and IT engineering students, 15% are placed from campus, this number is growing year on year. Companies like cybage, persistent, esds, winjit, netwin have visited the campus to recruit the candidates. Average salary offered for Pune location is 2.4 LPA for Nasik location it is 1.8 LPA.

There are a lot of events that take place in a year starting from Teachers day to international technical event to annual gathering, sports, project competitions. College also publishes an annual magazine which prints the articles written by the students. Apart from this, there are timely seminars and workshops that happen.

In 2012, the fees per year was about INR 60 k per year for IT engineering. There are no other hidden fees or charges. This fee is purely for your engineering course and does not include any food, accommodation etc. You might get a installment option on request - approval depends on your financial state.

Minority or EBC can be claimed and acquired through the process suggested by admin department. College circulates a notices about the forms, submission and results.

Gender ratio is 40:60 (40% girls and 60% boys) Life in campus is very peaceful. There is a huge play ground with a cricket pitch and basketball court. A lot of workshops are conducted through out the year for different interests. Extra curricular activities also include annual magazine where student get an opportunity to publish their articles - a good platform for students.

College has an alumni network for all the passed out students till date. These alumni are contacted frequently for various occasions like festivals, birthdays. Alumni meet is conducted every year for past 2 years it was conducted at Pune.

Department conducts 2 unit tests every semester and the average of these exams decide the internal marks you would score. Programming tests and competitions are conducted time to time. There are other tests like aptitude and GK to ensure the students crack the campus interviews.

After reaching the college, you should go to administration office and ask for admission form. Since the staff is friendly, this process will be easy. Then fill out the form and submit the application along with the documents and fee as per mentioned.

Practical teaching staff love their job and ensure to teach the programming in best possible way. Some staff use PPT to teach the theory subject. The lectures are interactive and friendly. So students shouldn't hesitate in asking any topic related questions. Staff is accessible through out the day for any questions or clearification .
