Remarks

There was no minimum marks requirement at my time ND no age limits you just have to pass 12th by science stream ND apply for this college online. You apply online to ND then visit the college for document verification ND submission. You'll need a birth certificate, 10th ND 12th marksheet, jee marksheet If you've taken ND caste certificate if you belong to any ND then just pay the fees ND the admission process is complete.

The computer was my 1st choice anyways so I elected it ND applied for it got this college in 2nd round of online applications. There are 2 faculty for every sub-one main professor ND one assistant professor who helps in practical ND all. All the faculty members are well educated ND well behaved ND has a good sense of knowledge of their subjects. The college takes two internal exams ND one university exam every semester.

Internships Opportunities

They mostly don't provide internships directly but they give you a fair chance for participation in many events in which you can get a chance for internship ND they provide you an email from which you can take many free courses from coursera.

Placement Experience

You can apply for placements from 7th sem Many companies visited our clg like TCS,Microsoft ND all big companies from it sectors bt the placement rate is little low from 2 yrs. One student got a package of 7 lacks per annum. Almost 40% of students got placed this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

For general category fees was 121796 at my time ND you can pay it in 2 or 3 installments bt you have to take permission from principal sir otherwise you have to pay at one time only. They increase fees almost every year. I didn't get any job with a stipend.

Campus Life

There are so many clubs. Sports club, cultural club, dance club ,eco club, tpo ND all. They organize many events like tantra ,sports week, the 6 day annual function ND all fancy stuffs. They have a instapage for students which runs by students only

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus.
