This is one of the best universities for Civil Engineering, the lab is fully equipped and it has one of the best lots of faculty. All the subjects are based on project-based learning program, which gives us more practical knowledge about the subject. The college campus is the largest in Rajasthan. It is not like other government colleges as it is way advanced than them. The hostels are very clean and the mess food is nice as well. The college provides sports facilities like football and cricket grounds, hockey ground, gym, lawn tennis, etc. Library is up to the mark and the infrastructure is great. 70% of the students get placements from campus. Mostly all companies visit every year like IBM, Wipro, Tata, Hyundai, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. for recruitment. The highest package of last year was from CS by Flipkart of 35 LPA and lowest, from metallurgy by IBM of 2 LPA.

Classes are well-built, well ventilated and clean. Library, for me, is big enough. I don't know how good or bad placements are but I am sur it is better for Mumbai. The teachers know their stuff. You ask them why the router is configured so, he tells exactly why. The staff is helpful and interspersed among them are ones who like to joke around a bit.

It is one of the best colleges to do a B. tech in power engineering from. This college not only focusses on lectures but also takes the students on power plant visits regularly. Students of this college visit power plants from their second year only, while in all other colleges, it starts from the 3rd year. Therefore, this is one of the advantages of this college. Moreover, the training provided by this college is so good. Faculty of college is very enthusiastic and helpful. Senior professors are full of knowledge. College labs are standardized and in good condition. The computer labs are full AC ventilated and very clean.
