Remarks

For admission in my college, first I form-fill up online giving my personal details and last educational qualification. After completion of the admission process, the merit list is published and I got my chance in the provisional list. I got admitted to my college by several fees. The college gave a counselling date for documents verification. The documents required were the class 12 mark sheet, hardcopy of the admission form. Next, I am now reading in my college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course for my interest and the highest number in the last exam. In my college, the faculty student ratio is approximately 10:1. The faculty is too good and they got PhD almost and they teach very carefully. The exam was not difficult to pass for me.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 5700 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In college, for every year, I have to pay admission fees and for every semester, have to pay for a new form fill up. The scholarships are on campus with stipends SVMCM, NSP, Inspire and other non-govermental scholarships like Jindal.

Campus Life

In our college, the department arranged a tour for every year. In the library, almost 10k books are available and many journals too. The wall magazine is also published. Cricket, football, rugby etc. are held in annual sports. There Facebook and Instagram and Twitter are the social groups and private websites also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
