Anonymous's Review On Panskura Banamali College, Midnapore

I attended Panskura Banamali College (Autonomous) for Bsc Mathematics(Hons). Now it's my 5th semester running, I don't availed any quota for admission at Panskura Banamali college. In our college for Mathematics honours one should have to score 80 in mathematics And overall 70% in higher secondary examination. On 17/07/2019 our counselling was processed. We provided - i) Madhyamik admit card ii) HS marksheet iii) Admission fees payment receipt

I loved mathematics from my childhood. It was my passion to be graduate on mathematics. In our college there are 26 department . Mathematics department is the biggest department in our college. There are 270 students in our department of UG stream, Our teachers and teaching staff is very good. They teach us carefully with their wisdom and hardwork. There are 6 semesters in 3 years. Each semester contains 2 internal examination and a end semester examination. It's not easy to pass the examination if you don't study well.

Some small companies offered internships with stipends. They are local community companies. There are many project work and assignments to perform. A project work derives from something that you understand really well after it.

Nowadays everything is too costly, education system is not so away. On every semester we have to pay 2400. But there are many opportunity for scolership. Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship is garenteed yearly 18000, who obtained 75% in HS examination. Also there are Nabanna Scolership, S R Jindal scholarship scheme, Aikyashree for minority students, Kanyaahree for girls and many others.

There are many educational webinars. In the college central Library, there are many types of books and magazines. The classrooms are too good and clean. There are annual sports events on college campuses like cricket, football, swimming, running, jumping, etc also cultural events like singing, dancing, recitation, etc. The mathematics department has a personal YouTube channel.
